Kilmore to Mullavilly Walk

On 1st January 2010 a group of forty intrepid walkers set off from Kilmore to retrace the journey taken by their ancestors in the days before Mullavilly church was built when parishioners had to travel six miles to worship.

Thanks to Colin Patterson who organised the walk; to the Jennetts for refreshments and the ladies of the parish for soup and rolls at journey's end.
